An exceptional manager will be able to help people gain the skills they need and helping them improve their talent as well as helping to motivate them and achieve their highest level of achievement.  This is the key to any great manager.

A successful leader is similar to a manager but has different skills and abilities. A Superb leader will help them to achieve great things.  Leaders will assist in coordinating and motivating members. Leaders use their skills to match the best – suited  member to particular task.
